I have worked in the Sales and the Real Estate business my entire life. 

Since I was teenager, I helped the family real estate business by working summers, and sometimes after school, in construction, maintenance, hospitality, and customer care.

I soon realized I had a knack for sales and management and started working for the sales centers, and eventually directed entire projects. In order to be truly successful, you must first pinpoint your clients needs, then work well to achieve these goals. Whatever the task, I believed it had to be completed as successfully and efficiently as possible. I became known as the “goto guy” for all kinds of real estate projects.

The more business I did the more I excelled at Marketing, Advertising, Presentation, Property Enhancement, Market Research, Market Value, Legal aspects, Closing, Escrow, Communication, and much more.

In 2003 I became my own real estate developer and I bought and sold numerous condominium units throughout the USA in cities like Miami, Seattle, and Austin. In 2005, I met my lovely wife in one of my sales centers, got married, and had two beautiful children. 10 years ago, I decided to semi-retire and raise the family in the San Diego area in which I now specialize.

As a very observant person, I learned the ins and out of my community and the surrounding areas.  As always, I am well versed in value and the diverse neighborhoods, home styles, schools, services, traffic patterns, parks and trails, beaches, outdoor recreation, restaurants, shopping, houses of worship, health and safety, and much more. 

As my children got older, I realized that retirement was not for me and that it was time to share my knowledge of San Diego with others looking to buy or sell real estate. 

I pride myself in making sure I fully understand my clients’ needs before I execute the appropriate plan to achieve those goals.
